SENATE BILL NO. 279 "An Act authorizing and relating to the                                         
issuance of bonds by the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation for safe                                
and clean water and hygienic sewage disposal facility capital projects                              
and other capital projects; providing for the repayment of the bonds                                
and bond costs; relating to the dividend paid to the state by the Alaska

adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 2599.                                  
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 279(FIN) was

Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill                                 
be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final                              
passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
